LM5 is the fifth studio album by British girl group Little Mix, released on 16 November 2018.

The album is lyrically focused around female empowerment, self love and body confidence, while talking about social issues women face, including the group own personal experiences. Musically, LM5 utilises pop, R&B, and hip hop. The album includes three collaborations: “Woman Like Me”, featuring Trinidadian-born American rapper Nicki Minaj, “Think About Us”, featuring American singer Ty Dolla Sign, and “Only You”, featuring American DJs Cheat Codes.

LM5 received generally favourable reviews from music critics, with many praising the band’s exploration of other genres and lyrics focusing on female empowerment, but others criticising the record’s lack of cohesiveness. The album charted in the top 10 in Ireland, Scotland, Australia, Belgium, the Netherlands, Lithuania, Spain, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom where it reached number three on the UK Albums Chart.

Elsewhere the album charted within the top forty in fourteen other countries, including the United States where it reached number 40 on the Billboard 200. It has since been certified platinum in the UK for selling 300,000 units and certified gold in Brazil for selling 20,000 units.

Three further promotional singles were released ahead of the album, and videos for two more of the album’s tracks were released on the same day as the album. In September 2019, Little Mix embarked on a concert tour, named LM5: The Tour, to promote the album.

The album was also the group’s last album to be released under Syco Music, following the group’s split with the label several days prior to the album’s release. Future albums were released under RCA UK, which like Syco Music is also owned by Sony Music.
